Refund policy

Hey Thangs fam!

We want you to love what you take home. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, just shoot us an email at thriftnthangs@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at thriftnthangs@gmail.com so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Personal care items (beauty, hygiene, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific item, just reach out — we’re happy to help.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item (following the steps above) and then place a new order for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The same condition rules apply (unworn, with tags, original packaging).
